That's why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason with your handmade jewelry, just send it back within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund or exchange, minus shipping and handling. Please remember that all jewelry is handmade and no two pieces are identical. This guarantees your a truly unique work of art. All wholesale orders and custom orders are final and cannot be returned.

Please take the following steps to ensure a smooth return.

1. Return items in their original packaging and with all security tags still attached. If any tags are removed, the item cannot be returned. All wholesale orders and custom orders are final and cannot be returned.
2. You should have a "returns & exchanges" form included in your order. Please fill out the form and include this with your return.
